Exchange Policy

  • We only offer exchanges for:

    • Damaged products

    • Incorrect items received

    • Size issues (subject to availability)

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition and packaging

    • With all tags attached

Return Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on:

    • Sale items

    • Customized or stitched outfits

    • Orders purchased during promotional campaigns

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged or incorrect and a replacement is unavailable.

Important Notes

  • Minor color differences may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.

  • Customers are responsible for courier charges for exchanges unless the mistake is from our side.

  • Kaif Niaz Boutique reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
